1. Using ZeniTest

ZeniTest helps teams create and run automated tests with coding agents.

You are responsible for the projects, applications, credentials, test instructions, and other data you connect to ZeniTest. You must only use ZeniTest to test systems and applications that you own or have permission to test.

2. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use ZeniTest lawfully and responsibly.

You must not use ZeniTest to:

• Access systems or data without permission.

• Circumvent security controls or access restrictions.

• Disrupt or damage systems or services.

• Upload malicious code or content.

• Violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

  
  

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, API keys, passwords, and other secrets secure.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the code, test cases, instructions, credentials, and other content you provide to ZeniTest ("Your Content").

You give ZeniTest permission to process Your Content only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide Your Content to ZeniTest.

4. Generated Output

ZeniTest uses coding agents and AI systems that can make mistakes.

Generated tests, actions, analysis, and results may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before relying on it, especially in production environments.

ZeniTest does not guarantee that automated tests will identify every bug or issue in your application.

5. Service Availability

We work to keep ZeniTest reliable and available, but the Service may occasionally be unavailable, interrupted, or changed as we maintain and improve it.

We may perform maintenance, make changes to features, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

6. Plans and Payments

Some ZeniTest features require a paid plan.

Prices, usage limits, and included features are described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period.

We may change pricing or plan features from time to time. Changes will generally apply to future billing periods.

7. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using ZeniTest at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create a security risk, or fail to pay applicable fees.

8. Intellectual Property

ZeniTest and its software, design, branding, documentation, and technology are owned by or licensed to ZeniTest.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of ZeniTest to you.

You retain ownership of Your Content as described above.

9. Disclaimer and Liability

ZeniTest is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

You are responsible for validating test results and ensuring that automated tests are appropriate for your environment.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may provide reasonable notice.

Your continued use of ZeniTest after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
